Virtually all Nostr traffic is dominated by a relatively small number of requests, that is, global searches. A feature that Pubky does not allow people to delegate to an indexing server, if global searches are possible at all. You are criticizing Nostr for having more features than Pubky.

Both Nostr and Pubky allow self-hosted outbox style setups. However Nostr is superior to Pubky by virtue of the fact that Nostr allows the same post to be hosted on multiple relays wheras Pubky only allows one endpoint. Additionally, Nostr is superior because Nostr allows the same server to host multiple people's posts, meaning that people aren't REQUIRED to aquire their own server. It has a much lower barrier of entry for people to engage.
