I had a similar experience as a young man.
A restaurant we frequented after work for drinks had a new Jamaican Cook. I wanted to get some hot wings and I told him to give me the hottest wings he knew how to make. Big, huge mistake. He took that as a challenge, and made me some Jamaican jerk chicken wings. I could barely finish them, and the next day every trip to the bathroom was a fiery hellstorm 🤣
