I’m not sure what you mean. Passphrases are indeed compatible with multisig.
The passphrase gets combined with the other seed material early in the process. So your multisig signers can be based on seed + passphrase, if you want.
If one were so inclined, one could even use the same signing device (same seed) with different passphrases to create a multisig wallet.
