Instead, it looks like the Parliament, Council, and Commission still want to:
• enable the deportation of children—with even less protections;
• give national police forces extensive grounds for violence, "search and seizure" and the ability to use ‘coercive methods’;
• put in place wide grounds for imprisonment of individuals during the deporation process; and
• enable states to weaken safeguards even further in 'emergency' situations
