I have never used AnalogExif, but after a quick read online I can't see a way of writing exif data to an entire film roll with a few clicks.
I record all data at the time of taking the photo. A phone app has a database of all my cameras and lenses. I also record shutter speed, aperture, filters, GPS, and notes. ExifTool writes all that data to each photo in an entire film roll in one go
I can also use it to extract any EXIF data from hundreds of photos and write it to a CSV file
