I love tomatoes. Sauce, with salt and pepper, soup, all good.
But the highest and best use of a fresh garden tomato, in my opinion, is the tomato sandwich. White bread, slather both sides with more mayo than you think you need (best if you can get Duke’s!), sliced fresh tomato, salt and pepper. 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
