The joke is in poor taste, marginally funny. I can't help but wonder if he did it for a Tik-Tok video or something like that.
At the risk of sounding like an old grouch, young people are going out of their way to do cringe pranks just to get a few likes on Tik Tok, it's a little bit pathetic.
But again, without the context for this, I don't know what to think about it.
