It'd be better as a subscription feed so 1) you don't get overwhelmed so bad 2) you can't irretrievably delete it, and 3) I can't imagine the DB is enjoying having 18k fields for everyone who is too lazy to clear out their inbox.And just do a reverse-chron feed with shareable lists.
