Is it normal for a bitcoin miner to keep hashing when there's no internet access?
I guess it would make sense if it's designed to be a heater that mines bitcoin, but what about in the case of a purpose-built miner where the extra heat isn't necessarily desired?
Do the pros have systems in place to prevent their miners from sitting there wasting electricity, or do they just have multiple sources of internet access?
