The Maine Democratic Party is going to have a party convention with more than 600 Democrats who will choose the next nominee.
While I could not see that working to pick the replacement for Joe Biden, I think it will work for a state like Maine.
Not California, however. Seeing what happened after Swalwell dropped out made me very grateful that the allegations came out well before the primary, and voters had a chance to see a few debates.
