I've also started using #Thunderbird marking my first time in about 15 years to use an email client other than the nice Webmail panel that comes with the #hosting.
This means I can stop sending everything to one inbox & just have one main address per domain. Plus I can send outgoing mail properly via the correct server.
I *think* (hope) this has improved my emails getting flagged as spam.
I still don't ever *keep* emails long term or archive them. They get handled & deleted when done.
