went for my usual run tonight and I had to cut it short because somebody's dog was loose and tried to attack me. I'm glad I don't wear headphones when I run. I need to get another can of pepper spray.
that asshole followed me for about three blocks. Everytime I'd turn my back it'd try to rush me. I kept it at bay with the brightest setting on my flashlight and my best dad voice but that was super annoying.
can't afford gym access right now. gonna be hard to find a safe route for cardio.
