I have noticed that people with porn addictions, the same as any other chemical addiction, will need to seek more and more extreme paraphilias and taboos in order to satisfy a need for dopamine that they didn't have prior. Oddly but fitting, trannies tend to act more on porn stereotypes of women than to be like the women they say they are. Why people tend or pretend to not notice this is beyond me.
