I’ve used Apple desktops, laptops & phones for 30 years but I’m just moving over to an #AbovePhone Pixel with Graphene OS (neither of which I’ve ever used before) to try and escape big tech over-reach.
The final straw for me, as a UK user, was the insertion of a “prove you‘re 18“ requirement in the new iOS upgrade….I say, fuck ‘em, I’m out of here!
Next step is to look into maybe using Ubuntu on my old laptop. I’ve been hearing a lot about it just lately but have no idea what it is, so need to do some research on that.
