Met a patient, in his 20's, and earlier this year, while he seemed to have it all (hot GF, bought his flat, working freelance, friends and cool parents, bank account stacked, kite surfing all his freetime, planning to open a surf shop in Brazil...), he started to loose all sensations in his dick. Drove him absolutely mad. He saw many doctors, all clueless. Finally he saw a top professor who told him he had some kind of microtraumatic neurological syndrome from hitting to many waves kite surf ing, and hr just had to wait for it to heal. Didn't really believe him. He tried to commit suicide by strangling him self with his kite surf rope, failed, and then suspended himself with his arms on the edge of his balcony. Cops were called and got to him in time. But as a result, he says it fucked up the nerves of his neck and arms, and he lost all his strength and is now in constant pain with electric shocks. Finally, his dick got better, to its previous state. And he's very depressed, can't work, can't kite surf, lost his friends. What should be done now ?
