landlord called me and said "I hope you're not telling the prospective tenants visiting the flat that it's also on the market to be sold". I said i'm not going to hide it. he started shouting at me saying I "have no authority" to tell them. lmao.
we've given our one-month notice for this flat, now in addition to folks being brought in to see the flat for buying they're sending other folks to see the flat for renting (ofc without being told that the flat they rent is also on the market). we told them upfront. why would i give a fuck about protecting the landlord's property when he lied to us lol
