quotingJade's entropy accumulator adapts #Bitcoin Core's approach to an embedded device.

Both use a 32-byte state updated by folding the previous SHA-512 hash output back in, mixing in a counter and fresh entropy.
Core pulls from OS sources, hardware instructions, timing, and events. Jade uses its own hardware sensors like power and temperature, CPU counters, stack data, esp_fill_random, plus user input and camera noise at boot.
I would flee from anything that does not replicate this pattern of accumulative entropy.

Jade also viable, although purchasing directly from Blockstream incurs supply chain risk. Able to flash onto generic hardware (M5Stack).
