If you have 3 unique long passphrases with symbols and numbers then it's not a bad setup.
Me personally I'd rather do the multisig. Dice roll or use couple decks of cards to generate your own key for each.
To be clear when you say store all funds in one place I'm assuming you mean one wallet right? Not one geographic location I'm hoping.
