I've been working on a proof-of-concept with some of my colleagues using the Liquid network for the payment and contract layer and Nostr as the communication and account method, but it's been a bit of a slow process without any funding or sense as to the demand for something like that here. Running this would have to be someone’s full time job, at least to start.
