See, I don't think thats their core business model. Maybe short term, but strategically they are positioning themselves as infrastructure company. They can sell product into a small pie, or grow the pie exponentially which grows demand for their product. It makes more sense to own the bottom layer, not individual products (although that is what they sell now). You can tell this is the direction they're taking since they don't have fabs.
