My main concerns are:
a) familiarity. After using Ubuntu for so many years I am quite productive on it and fear losing it
b) I heard not everything compiles well in the new apple M* chips (namely some #RStats packages)
c) lack of IT linux support and some business tools may or may not work on linux. I can fix nearly everything but you never know.
