It's not that difficult to do. I've been using Lulu.com to self-publish & ship orders made via my website to most places worldwide. Ingram Spark should potentially be an even better option in terms of price/quality, but setting up the account and book formatting had a steeper learning curve there, plus I couldn't sign up as an Estonian business, which was a problem for me as well.
And for selling (which is the actual hard part), you don't even need a purpose-made website to do it, you can also list it and take orders via PlebeianMarket (nprofile…jg6l), any messenger app, etc.
