I love banana cakes, but failed to make them on my own. Perhaps I wasn't patient enough for the process of baking takes forever. This one with cassava flour seems like an easier.3 Here is my first disaster. Someone advised me to keep the dough for a day so it ferments a bit before cooking, but it tasted awful. I first made it like ordinary pancakes (pic 1) and the result was horrible, so I deep fried it and it was nicer (pic 2).
