Plebs can’t control Bitcoin mining. That’s the whole point, because anything a pleb can control, a nation state can control. Total ASIC resistance has not been achieved yet, even for Monero. Need to think outside of the box, but rather than branching off with the same root issues and starting from price of zero anyhow, why not try to find a fix for the current Bitcoin network or else just rip out the roots and start fresh from first principles?
