Well, this is going to sound terrible, but in my market (it's local) all the experiences I've had have been with female recruiters. It's really awful. :) - "but this value chain has to be maintained," even if keyword detection in CVs always worked xD. In an international experience, I left a "process.exit(0)" in the middle of a class and was disqualified. xD.
