I am going to try growing some Ipoh style mung beans sprouts. Apparently if you use mineral rich (limestone?) spring water they grow fat and stout, there is karst water not far from here. My Asian friends and I are planning a Malaysian cookneat sesh soon and they want the Ipoh bean sprouts! 🌱 🥰😋 #food
