So say I am copying nwc string from primal ios to damus ios on the same phone, and swapping apps in the background (i.e: i dont have primal ios open all the time).
Is this always an unhappy path for nwc operations?
Is there a certain window (e.g. 3 seconds, 30 seconds, 3 minutes) where this works?
