So, I haven't cooked with #Tofu in a while, and had a hankering for Sweet and Sour fried tofu. It was okay, but I'm a bit rusty and made some mistakes (didn't marinade it long enough, didn't dry it completely, didn't use enough oil, etc.) But, it agreed with me (which means I can eat it again -- as long as I'm using some fermented products to help break it down). I'm determined to become a tofu master again, and when we get a new grill, I'm going to try smoking it (and yes, that's a thing). Posting some recipes for this week's #SolarPunkSunday!
