Hyperliquid's HIP-4 upgrade is live on testnet! 🚀 This introduces a permissionless system for creating Outcome markets. Validators vote on templates, then anyone can create YES/NO or multi-outcome markets. No gas fees for deployment, but capacity limits apply.
HIP-4 also allows delegating permissions to sub-deployers and configuring fee ratios. On testnet, deployers are limited to 10 active Outcomes at once and a daily cap of 50. Staking requirements must be met by active deployers.
