just read the referred article and it's full of shit.
1. he omitted that Finland committed to increase up to 3% by 2029.
2. on a broader point, saying Finland is "one of the best prepared" doesn't mention the fact that they have an advantageous terrain & weather which complicates ground invasion.
3. Estonia spends 3% now, in comparison. Poland spends 4%. are they wrong, by author's logic?
4. ironically he doesn't talk about how Tories austerity politics affected defence as well.
