Also on the subject of Quest Nutrition, I agree that their products have improved over time. I have been using them off and on since I got back in shape following the Black Pill Fitness program back in 2018 (yes I literally lost 50 lbs over 2 years following the advice on your Medium account LOL). Since that time the quality has noticeably improved. For instance, I also buy their 45g protein milkshakes and they are excellent. Back in 2018 most of the shakes other than Organic Valley's weren't very good (Core Power's lower protein version was, but the higher protein ones tasted a bit off). Quest is a quality company - although I note it is not owned by the same guys who founded it - they sold it to Atkins (the same company of the guy who invented Keto before they called it Keto).
