I've made a table with all the button IDs that Plus42 supports, the label of each button, the shifted label, and whether the shifted function is a submenu. Unfortunately, Decker's default character set does not include all the symbols that appear on Plus42's keys, such as superscripts, various arrows, and Greek letters, so I've had to repurpose a bunch of unused ASCII punctuation to represent those.
