As I suspect also it lies in ACPI tables I was thinking of dumping them from a BIOS that work and use it as replacement in further versions the won't work.
I will try with next release (as it should not work 😉 ).
Regarding X870 chipset Gigabyte is on the second place regarding motherboard reliability below Asus, but from France Asus motherboards are unavailable or atrociously onerous (>700€ one year ago).
