On the tracks list thing it has to do with how podcastindex returns the data. Podcast are returned newest to oldest which for a music upload usually means you added the last track of the album last to the feed so it gets returned first.
Last in first out. All of this stuff is a moving target at time and some days I'm surprised it works at all.
