Swapped the old castle and Anubias petite for pearl weed to see how quickly it carpets the bottom. I’ve also read that pearl weed is a much better ammonia purification machine.
The duckweed survived the reset. Although it’s not as healthy as it was before, I can still see its roots. Let’s see how it goes. 🌱🐌
(You can see both the old version and the new version. I love the black substrate and its contrast with the green and pink of the plants and snails in the new setup.😍)
