I'm going to have to repaint the condo that I may be buying, as you can tell where the wall was patched and then painted prior to the sale. I don't know if it's that they just painted over the patches, or material used to patch is causing the difference in color.

What is your collective opinion on this?

There are more "spots" throughout the place, but this photo is the best example
