What I wonder is, fuck the prices man! Can't they grow more food than they need and feed actual living people, not chase fiat dollars for wheat or rice? Grow the food that uses less water, feeds the people, and enriches body and mind. Save some for future just in case of famine or drought, save for a quality of culturally rich life and not Gucci handbags.
