LineageOS is highly insecure and doesn't even preserve the baseline security model / features or provide proper security patches. They mislead users about the provided patches and downplay the important missing patches. Even on Pixels, they're often months behind shipping high/critical severity patches. /e/OS is far worse and rolls back security even more along with having a massive amount of false marketing including for the Murena products.
