Fair point, a VPS is still a box in someone's in this case our data center, we won't pretend otherwise 😄 But the whole point is about control and exit. With root access you own your data and config and can move the whole thing to another host or even to a server under your desk whenever you like. That portability is what GitHub doesn't give you. And we basically mentioned that you can host it on our VPS, that's it 😁 -Lea
