how does Shopify get off charging Whitepaper Books (npub1c74…2cj2) "transaction fees" when we don't use their payment processing at all? They literally just have to update a row in a DB [to "paid"] when the external bitcoin payment processor says "satisfied".
They charge $2 each time they make that DB update?
