It’s also easy to call someone’s job “bullshit” if it involves catering to an interest/hobby you don’t share, or if they do “invisible work.”
And this dimension of the whole issue is VERY GENDERED. Like, you could easily imagine some engineer or data scientist who posts on Mastodon saying that making cosmetics is a bullshit job and we could do away with it.
You see how this could all go very wrong?
