I usually just order hardware from mindfactory, alternate or amazon.de (ew) because Germany has much lower tax rates (when I lived in France and wanted to buy a GPU I would've paid close to 600EUR if I bought it locally, same card on amazon.de cost me roughly 520EUR with shipping to Strasbourg)
