This is incredibly interesting and for places where things like meshcore and meshtastic have already gained incredible popularity, it will be incredibly useful. But for places like where I live, where meshtastic and meshcore are incredibly rare, you can stay with the lower 915 MHz band for now, at least.
In this area, the longer range is an extreme benefit because there are not many nodes yet.
