Ok. So before I take back my apology, my response is based on the assumption that a person has gone to the doctor because they have a set of symptoms that are affecting their health and general wellness negatively. If so then I would reiterate my point that there are many conditions where a doctor does not need to include in his/her baseline inquiry any questions whatsoever about diet and lifestyle because there would be nothing a person could have done via diet and lifestyle that would have avoided the initial condition/disease or help with management or cure. Now, I am thinking about this from a physical health perspective and I have noticed in the past that you have commented on some of the practices associated with mental health. Maybe that is where my wires are getting crossed? Anyways, I don’t think it is appropriate to throw all doctors under the bus because of the absence a line of questioning that may in fact be 100% warranted. 🙂
