We did it in the 1960s and 1970s.

Not because anyone GAF about the climate, but because sulphur compounds add great lubricity to jet fuel, and commercial jet engine life-hours are rather important.

A couple of parts-per-trillion in the stratosphere lowered mean global temperatures by ~0.5C. Crop yields didn't fall.

Humanity can do that again any time we want to. We could do it more.

But we don't want to. De-industrialisation of the West is more profitable.
