There's nothing exotic in in this list. Non-Pixel updates including Fairphone fail to meet even the basic update requirements and are missing important security features. Samsung Galaxy devices are the closest non-Pixel Android devices to meeting the requirements but are missing a couple security features, have problematic delays / omissions for updates and lack proper alternate OS support.
