It’s definitely different living without central heating.
Our bedroom is heated with a heat pump.
We also have one functional sealed oil heater that moves between our bedroom (mostly to dry clothes since the rain has been too frequent to line dry), the bathroom (helps evaporate moisture when we shower), and the greenhouse (freezing plants are dead plants).
We’re not sure what our play is should we lose power. That’s our anxiety since the current indoor temp outside our bedroom is <12.8°C.
