I read a while ago of this initiative run by an Italian NGO that gave eSIMs to the population and helped them connect to cell towers in Israeli or Egyptian territory. Not sure if it’s still an option? (The article was from last year)
Is satellite Internet an option maybe? Musk last year gave Starlink access to some areas in the north, but that option is probably gone now too…
