Secret Network community proposes L1 continuation draft to restructure tokenomics via new SCRT token issuance. A new community-led entity will take over core development after Secret Labs ceases support. Existing SCRT holders retain balances, but proportional ownership will be diluted. New tokens to be allocated to the new entity, validators, relayers, developers, and victims of past security incidents. No chain migration planned.
