Train of Thought may be articulable in spoken language but I'm fairly confident we think deeply in more abstract symbols, many that by definition defy language or else they'd have become conscious articulable thoughts by now.
For example:
"How did you remember that event we both attended from decades ago so clearly?!"
"I guess I just kind of remembered the love in that moment!"
"...okay but that...doesn't explain it... 🤔").
